Latino Beat’s Salsa Club at BU’s Loft Bar is a Hit!

“The one thing that can solve most of our problems is dancing” as famously quoted by James Brown – and taking his ethos on board we popped into Latino Beats at the Loft Bar on Bournemouth University Campus for some salsa action!
Impressed by the venue and fine turn out, clearly dance classes like this have gathered a fine reputation! Latino Beat frontman Neville is an expert in the field with dance truly in his veins, combining various salsa styles here every Saturday night, 7:30 pm – 2am, so there’s plenty of hours to practice and then freestyle!
If you find yourself otherwise engaged at weekends then the class every Monday is just as superb. Both combine salsa club, Cuban and New York salsa meaning you’ll be twirling and turning like you’re an expert on Strictly Come Dancing!
Salsa Heaven at BU isn’t just for those who were born with dance in their step. Here you will be educated about the various styles and learn the moves that make them up.
Latino Beat is also planning an event called Latin Festival Paradise from 3rd-5th April. There will be over 30 hours of salsa and Latino workshops, 3 party nights, various dance shows, plus a live salsa band! See www.latinobeat.co.uk.
